Gift Cards and eVouchers 

 Gift Cards and eVouchers are available in any value from £5 to £1,000 and can be redeemed across multiple purchases until the balance is used or the card expires. 

Gift Cards and eVouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. 

Free delivery is available when purchasing a Gift Card on its own. eVouchers are sent by email, usually within an hour, but please allow up to 24 hours for delivery. 

You can check your Gift Card balance in-store by asking a member of our team or by contacting Customer Care with your Gift Card number and web code. 

Terms and Conditions:

1. General 

• Gift Cards and E-Vouchers (“Gift Cards”) can be purchased in values from £5 to £1,000 and used across multiple purchases until the balance is spent or the card expires. 
• Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused balance after this date will expire and cannot be refunded or reinstated. 
• Treat Gift Cards like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards cannot be replaced or refunded. 
• eVouchers will normally be delivered within one (1) hour, but please allow up to twenty-four (24) hours. 

2. Redemption 

• Gift Cards can be used as full or part payment for eligible products purchased online or in-store. 
• Gift Cards cannot be used to pay for delivery charges, services, or other non-product fees. When shopping online, delivery charges must be paid separately using another payment method. 
• Gift Cards can be redeemed in Cotswold Outdoor, Runners Need or Snow+Rock stores or online at cotswoldoutdoor.com, runnersneed.com or snowandrock.com  
• Gift Cards cannot be redeemed in the Republic of Ireland. 
• Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be used to buy other Gift Cards or exchanged for cash. 

3. Refunds and Returns 

• If you return a product purchased using a Gift Card, the refund will be issued to a new Gift Card or credit note. 
• If any product purchased with a gift card or e-Voucher is subsequently exchanged in-store for a product of a lower price, any money owed will be added to a new gift card or credit voucher.  
• Orders for E-Vouchers cannot be cancelled, except where required by your statutory rights. 

4. Third-Party Purchases 

• Gift Cards purchased through approved third parties are sold by them. Any queries, including refunds, must be directed to the third-party seller. 
• Availability through a third party may vary. Any options will be limited to those shown at the time. 

5. Fraud and Misuse 

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Gift Card that we reasonably believe has been tampered with, duplicated, or obtained fraudulently or through theft. 

6. Changes to Terms 

• We may amend these terms and conditions when necessary and reasonable (for example, to reflect changes in law or business operations). The latest version will always be available on the website.
